At Bronté we aim to provide a high quality service that is tailored to fit our individual residents physical, social and emotional needs by appropriately trained staff who are on duty at all times, providing a 24 hour care service. With the knowledge and confidence that our staff teams, individually and collectively have all the necessary experience and skills to meet the kind of service each resident requires.

We do a private single room and private bed-sitting service charged by the day or week. As well as day care if required which includes basic care and meals, which can be arranged for full day care, or just morning or afternoon sessions if the customer requires.

Other services we provide here at Bronté residential care home for the residents include private telephones in each room that maybe connected to B.T.. An on-site hairdresser that comes in every Thursday, a dental service that is provided when requested, as well as a physiotherapist and occupational therapist that comes in when arranged by a G.P referral, a chiropodist that comes to the site every 6 weeks or on request (also a diabetic N.H.S Chiropodist for any diabetic residents) and an optician which visits on request or otherwise twice a year. For meals, a service is provided on request with nutritious, varied and a wide selection to choose from, including special dietary arrangements, meals served to the same standard as other residents' meals. Residents who are capable of taking meals in the dining room will be encouraged to do so. Daily meals include an early morning drink, then breakfast at 8am. lunch at 12:15pm, next comes the afternoon tea, a high tea and finally the evening drink. Also our kitchens have been recently re-decorated in accordance with the current Environmental Health Standards and un-announced kitchen inspections by the local health authority have always been very complimentary.
